Your Relationship with Auckland Colonics
Welcome to Auckland Colonics and Wellness Coaching. I am glad you have chosen me as your Certified Eating Psychology Coach. I want you to have the best experience possible in this relationship. As such, I have included information about our work together, and ask that you sign and date this form at the bottom to show you have read this document and understand and agree to abide by guidelines outlines within. We will eliminate the shoulds and shouldn’ts, the wrongs and the rights and purely work on you as you, and no-one else.
The Nature of the Work
Eating Psychology Coaching is a mixture of special enquiry, conversation, listening, teaching points, experimentation, exploration and well chosen action steps. It’s designed to help you reach your goals, to properly evaluate and readjust your goals when necessary, and help you have an empowered relationship with food and body.
The Role of the Coach
The role of the Eating Psychology Coach is to assist with the improvement of eating challenges such as weight, over eating, binge eating, body image, chronic dieting and nutrition related health concerns such as digestion, gut health, fatigue, mood, cognition, immunity and more. Coaching services are not construed as, or a replacement for psychotherapy, legal counsel or medical advice. If either of us recognizes that you have an issue that would benefit from medical or psychotherapeutic intervention, I will do my best to refer you to appropriate sources.
Ultimately, the coaching relationship is about you, the client, taking full responsibility for your actions, for your life. You enter into coaching with the understanding that you are responsible for creating your own decisions and results. You agree to not hold the coach liable for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the coaching process.
I will do my best to be honest and straightforward. If there is anything that is not satisfactory for you about our work together, please let me know immediately so that we may take steps to make the corrections. I encourage you to honestly tell me what’s going on for you. If I ever say or do something that upsets you or doesn’t feel right, please bring it up. Honesty and trust are critical for successful work. I want this to be an open and safe place for you to come with confidence.
All our conversations and sessions together are kept strictly confidential. I promise to protect the privacy of our work together.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
I understand there are times when you will need to cancel and/ or reschedule your appointment and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. Any cancellations or rescheduling for Eating Psychology sessions and Colonic sessions must be done with a 24-hour notice prior to our appointment. I request that you honour this policy as diligently as possible. If you cannot comply, your session will be “missed” and fully charged.

To ensure the most productive use of coaching time, please come to each session with some preparation. Take some time to consider the progress you have made and how you would like to use the upcoming session. Use these questions or your own questions to guide you. What progress have I made since our last session? What challenges did I face? How did I handle them? What new insights have emerged?
In Between Sessions
If you have a short question or request feedback in between sessions, you can email me at email@example.com and I will respond in a 36 hour period unless it is over the weekend or holiday period.
Payments must be made by cash or EFTPOS at the conclusion of each session. For payment using Credit Card, there will be a 3% charge. For a Package, payment must be made prior to sessions commencing. Colonic wonder package expires 3 months from purchase date. 10 colonic reset yourself package expires 5 months from purchase date
My practice fills, in large part, by referrals. If you are benefiting from our relationship, I’d greatly appreciate if you suggest my services to appropriate friends, family, and colleagues.
About Mind-Body Nutrition
Mind-Body Nutrition is an exciting and timely new field that advances the practice of nutrition by exploring the psycho physiology of how thoughts, feelings and beliefs impact nutrition, metabolism and health. Dieting is Done!!
Dieting is synonymous with suffering and stress. 90% of people who diet will often, and within a year of losing that weight, will regain that weight and then some. Dieting to lose weight for most people is not sustainable. Failure to lose weight and keep it off creates an internal stress that there is something wrong with you. As your Eating Psychology Coach my approach to you is positive and empowering. Your eating or weight challenges are places where we can more fully explore some of your personal dimensions in life that impact food, weight, and health. Often our eating challenges are connected to work, money, relationships, family, intimacy, post and present stresses, plus so much more. By working in places most relevant to you, success is better achieved.
As your Eating Psychology Coach I shall support you with coaching strategies and nutrition principles that are nourishing, doable, sustainable and that yield results.
Your coaching with me will be as “customised” as your personal story. Our stories need to be heard so we can dive deeper into our relationship with food and unlock the answers we have held for so long about our own personal journey with eating and food.
When you are coached you are guided down paths via way of specific questions. These questions will evolve into your answers, and your answers will provide you with growth, discovery, education and loads of ‘A-ha’ moments.
